The accommodations are in a prime location: It’s only about a 3-minute walk to the famous Kurfürstendamm shopping boulevard. The hotel apartment is located in the middle-class neighborhood of Charlottenburg, just about 50 meters from Ludwigkirchplatz, where you’ll find typical Berlin neighborhood life. Ludwigkirchplatz is surrounded by dozens of restaurants, bars, and cafés.
The apartment was newly built in June 2020 to a high standard. It is located on the first floor. Here you’ll find an open kitchenette and an enclosed bathroom with a shower. There is a wardrobe in the hallway. The apartment has two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a double bed, a dresser, and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has a double bed, a flat-screen TV, a sofa, and a dining table that seats 4 people. The bedrooms have electric blinds.

We loved the neighborhood that the apartment is in. Many shops, cafes, etc. and easy access to the amazing Berlin public transportation system. The apartment was very comfortable for two people. Because there is only one bedroom (the second bed is in the living area) it would not be good for two couples in my view- much better for an individual or two people than four. The kitchen is VERY limited and not well stocked- there is no stove or microwave, just a single burner hotplate. The property manager is curt in his communications and not particularly friendly
