We've packed our 1 bedroom with sleeping space for 6 to be sure you and your guests each have a comfortable corner to rest your head. Our ground-floor condo has a covered patio with a grassy yard between our back door and South Padre Island's award-winning restored dunes. Just beyond the dunes is endless sand and surf. You will have direct beach access from the resort, a rinse station, as well as all the resort amenities you could ask for - pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, rentals, poolside snack and drink bar, kiddie pool (formerly a hot tub), and on-site security. Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

-Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.

All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.

Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.
The City of South Padre Island Rental License Number is 2023-0538.

It was our first time staying at Saida Towers and it did not disappoint. We got the bottom floor (parent safety) and it was awesome to step outside and have the pool so close and beach access to. The parking was a little scarce it was 4th of July weekend. Check in was easy, rooms very clean very well maintained. The beach access is amazing, there is 2 great sized pools, not to mentioned its heated water pools. The Beach Waterpark is probably 2 blocks away. Hands down one of the best places ever stayed while at SPI. Loved this place will defeat stay again.

We really enjoyed the heated pool and being so close to the pool and beach. It was a great bonus to walk to so many places to eat!

It was nice, but we were constantly fighting off roaches which grossed us out. We couldn't really buy groceries or bring food back due to all the roaches which was VERY upsetting. I had to through out alot of stuff we did buy because of this. I did tell the welcome center, but Never heard back from them.
