Nestled in the heart of Gaios, Dora I Studio presents an exquisite retreat where contemporary luxury meets authentic Greek island charm.

This thoughtfully designed 60m² sanctuary offers glimpses of harbor activity from its private flower-adorned balcony, creating an idyllic setting for discerning travelers seeking an intimate Paxos experience in the most convenient location.
Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire studio and terrace. Self-check-in is available with detailed access instructions provided prior to arrival.

We prioritize your privacy and comfort. Self-check-in is available, allowing you to seamlessly settle into your Paxos retreat at your convenience. Upon request, our friendly hosts will greet you upon arrival, providing a warm welcome and local insights. Throughout your stay, a dedicated PaxosRetreats representative will be available to assist with any inquiries.

Situated in Gaios' charming harbor district, the studio is steps from traditional tavernas, cafes, and boutiques. The main square is 2 minutes away, beaches within 10 minutes walking, supermarkets 3 minutes, and the central port area 4 minutes on foot. This prime central location puts you at the heart of island life.

Please be aware that the studio is located on the first floor, requiring stair access without elevator availability. Street parking is available but not designated. During peak season, some ambient harbor activity noise may occur. The harbor views are partial due to neighboring buildings in front. The central location means you'll experience authentic town life, which may not suit those seeking complete seclusion.
