"Janssen" is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath 2nd floor oceanfront condo in the William and Mary complex in Carolina Beach, perfect for a family getaway. With ocean views and a breezy deck, a relaxing vacation in a beautiful location is just waiting for you to enjoy.
The living room and kitchen are oceanfront, while both bedrooms are street side. The primary bedroom has a Queen bed, and the second bedroom is perfect for the kiddos with a set of bunkbeds plus one Twin bed. The Full sofa bed is located in the living room. There is even a porta-crib in the closet of the main bedroom, so you don't have to travel with one of those. Sit outside and get a dose of fresh air on the oceanfront deck, great for outdoor dining and sunbathing.
An outside shower is located at the rear of the building. This is a second floor unit.
"Janssen" is in the William & Mary complex located just seven blocks north of the Boardwalk area in downtown Carolina Beach. You are within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the summer activities such as fireworks, carnival rides and live music. Each William and Mary unit offers two bedrooms and is in close proximity to the restaurants, bars, shops, and Carolina Beach Boardwalk. This complex is conveniently located between the beach and the canal, where you will find calm waters and kayak access. Enjoy the complex’s recently renovated private beach access made of Trex and spend the day on the sand. The Carolina Beach Pier is only blocks to the north, where you can spend the afternoon fishing in the beautiful Atlantic Ocean! In the evening, head down to the Boardwalk for live music, fireworks, and fantastic dining.

All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

Fantastic location for a weekend getaway with the kids. Great beach view great location relative to downtown Carolina Beach and restaurants if you don't mind a little driving and parking. Everything that impacted us about the reservation was great, some elements of the unit were a little dated, but functioning. The biggest issue we had were allowed upstairs neighbors. If you're going to rent here, I would highly recommend the uppermost unit. We were on the second floor and listen to a party until about four in the morning.

Perfect beach getaway! We loved that the beach was just walking steps from the door and it was close to restaurants and the grocery store. The property was clean and as described. The only thing that was somewhat troublesome was the parking as we got parked in on the day we were leaving. Other than that, our family had a great stay!

Overall, the property was pretty great. The view, location, size were all awesome. The beds were super comfortable. The balcony was the perfect spot to relax and have your coffee or listen to the ocean. The kitchen had everything we needed, and I cooked a majority of the trip. Being able to just go to back and forth to the beach when needed was so convenient. The parking situation wasn't my favorite. This units designated spot required me to parallel park around 2 other vehicles to get out every time. I would have parked in the designated lot across the street, but there is nowhere for you to put any of your beach gear when you return from the beach. So I needed to store our stuff in the trunk of my car every day. Unless you want to carry it all up the steps and through the unit. For most, this is no big deal, but being a single mom with 3 small children, it would have been a lot to lug all of our things up the steps, or across the street, with them in tow. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the unit itself was great.
