The master offers a King bed w/ TV, large attached bath and huge walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a King bed and TV. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a TV, and the 4th bedroom has a queen bed. An ADDITIONAL pull-out couch in the living room can accommodate 9-10 comfortably! A Pack n' Play is also available for use upon request.

***Additional fee to heat the pool. It heats off of a propane heater, so you will be responsible for the propane used. Cost depends on the time of year and how warm you heat it. The HOT TUB can be used at your leisure at no additional cost.
All linens, bath & pool towels provided; free WIFI.
***Dog allowed with approval only. NO CATS. A "Pet Fee" will be added to your booking when reserving online. Pet Fees are non-refundable and are not to cover any damages, extra cleaning or picking up your dogs poop.

GREAT home! We rented this house for my college graduation week. It was very clean and spacious. We will definitely stay here in the future.

The property, amenities & cleanliness were exceptional !! I will consider booking this property again-Just waiting for the host to reimburse me for the 1st nite's stay when I was not given the code in a timely manner-and had to stay in a motel - he called me the following morning & apologized, insuring me he would credit me for his mistake- still patiently waiting...

The house is and the yard is very nice. However there are several items that need to be fixed. The kitchen faucet, the door on the master bedroom to the patio, the door hardware in the jack n jill bathroom, no pool cover for half the month, resulting in us not using the pool et al this year. The hot tub was not clean when we checked in and it had to be drained and cleaned. You need a new set of knives that are sharp and a new set of pots and pans, as we bought both for our stay this year. The lights in the patio need to be changed, and the fireplace doesn't work. Something that would be smart would be to provide cleaning products to care for the bathrooms and kitchen, while staying at your home.
