This home is all about its exceptional location. This condo (Unit 2D) is in the heart of Durango's tourist district. Walk to all downtown area restaurants, shops and entertainment. One block from Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Depot and Durango's downtown movie theater. Next to the Animas City Theater. Amaya spa directly across the street.

We loved the condo and the location! Excellent customer service/very responsive. Would definitely stay here again when we visit next year!

Location is great. Everything was walkable. We loved the French bakery and the bike rental place. The team was super responsive and helpful.Only minor complaints - there weren’t enough pillows for everyone, no Kleenex, and not enough TP, so we had to purchase more items for our stay than usual, but not a big deal.

Parking and location were great! Condo was okay. Advertised as “luxury” however we found too many maintenance issues that have been overlooked for a very large ng time. I.e., the sink faucet was worn out and broken, repairman came out an tightened it, as he walked out the door it broke against n. It was just worn out. Air conditioning works poorly and the bathroom fans need to be cleaned badly. Much more but got tired of dealing with it and just finished our week long stay and will never book again.
