We had a great time, you can't beat the location!The beach was great. Out host was very accommodating and quick to respond. We would definitely stay again.

The Pros
The condo itself is beautifully updated and clean.
The location in Seagrove Beach, the Eastern Shores complex and private beach were all great!
The balcony was large and private and the view was SPECTACULAR!
Paradise Rentals were very helpful with communication as well as the screen door that fell off the sliding glass door on the balcony and with the garbage disposal issue we had.
The Cons
While it was great it was a King size bed, the mattress in the main bedroom is shot & the mattress topper doesn't help. It simply needs to be replaced because there is zero support.
We were not fans of the living room furniture or set up. The couch was small, stiff and very uncomfortable. It also had a wood table in front of it instead of a large ottoman. The chairs were more comfortable than the couch but were too close to the tv. We had to push them back towards the couch to use.
Also there is a lot of wicker. Especially on the balcony. Not a great choice when the pillows on the wicker are constantly damp. Wood furniture would be so much better.
The fridge has no ice maker, so be prepared to buy a bag for cold drinks and the freezer, which is on the bottom is tiny. A frozen pizza box doesn't even fit.
While my significant other & I probably wouldn't stay in this condo again, mainly because we really missed having an island, as we like to cook, it's still a great place. And... if the suggested improvements were made, it would be top notch. We definitely had a great time. Just a note, we were there for a week, so our expecations of comfort may be different than someone staying for a weekend/long weekend.

The condo had a beautiful view of the beach where the beach itself was quiet and relaxing. The condo was decorated tastefully and had everything that we needed. Also, the rental company had excellent customer service and checked on us.
