The oceanfront units are premier rentals for some of Tybee's events like the fireworks show on July 4th, Labor Day Weekend, and New Year's Eve.

This property is handicap-friendly (elevator, not ADA-compliant). The building has a private, gated parking garage below the building. Each unit has 2 assigned parking spaces. This condo is pet-friendly, for 2 dogs.
