Great property, close to beach, pool was great. Booking for the 4th consecutive year.

this was the first time our group rented this house. the location was great and the elevator was a game changer as several of us have health issues. It could use some updating as far as furniture and the kitchen could be better stocked (we had to purchase a potato peeler and can opener). The addition of a Keurig coffee maker would be helpful (we bought one from home to use). All in all, this house met our needs and we enjoyed our stay so much that we've already booked it for 2026.

The house was perfect for a large family.
TV was a little difficult to operate.
Dish washers didn't always clean completely.
House should have an outdoor table with chairs. .
More chairs are needed by pool and second deck.

This home has a great location however it needs some “TLC”. I will list what we experienced
The Dryer stopped working. All the toilets continuously run. The top level shower door kept coming off the track. The kitchen faucet didn't turn off easily. The handle had to be in just the right spot for it to stop running. The living room television paper instructions we couldn't find. Several outlets for the house didn't work on all levels. Middle level of house bathroom fan didn't work. Pyramid bunks very unstable missing screws and ladder to bunk kept coming off. Pool wasn't cleaned. Outside hose holder was cracked and wouldn't hold hose. We like this home and have already rented for 2027. The house cleaners did a wonderful job.
