Large two story, seven bedroom home located two lots from the beach on a quiet cul-de-sac offering nice ocean views from multiple decks and porches. The second floor living area includes beautiful wood flooring and updated furniture, a gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances (including a commercial ice machine). Two screened porches have been added to the property, one on the second floor and the other at roof level, both offering ocean views. The first floor offers a large living area with a pool table and TV. Fireplace not for guest use. Wireless Internet. Linens Included. Garage access is NOT available.
Rentals are stocked with small ‘starter packs’ that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent.

Rating Details:

Great access to the beach. Great layout of house for our group. Only problem we had was the hot water heater went out for a while, but it was an easy fix. Also no lights in the garage which was not a problem until the night before we left. Otherwise , it was a great place to spend our week at the beach.

Island Rentals was wonderful to work with. They provided great communication during the reservation process and preparing for arrival etc. The house location was perfect for our needs. The downside is that the house needed some TLC. The pool table listed was taken apart so not usable, lower level smelled of mildew, vents needed cleaned and ice maker has mildew. It was like the house had just been 'opened' for the season and didn't get a cleaning prior to our arrival. In general not very clean, dirty dishes in cabinets, blood stains on mattress pads, dirty bed spreads. I would book again, but ask that it be cleaned and prepped prior to arrival.

It was a very well equipped house. A well equipped kitchen good furniture appropriate for a group. The back porch is very nice.
