Reynolds House is the perfect beach house for almost any size family. This large and spacious 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath gulf front home allows for maximum together time as well as some privacy when desired. There are 2 family rooms, 1 is open to the kitchen and dining area with an amazing gulf view, and the other includes an oversized flat screen TV for movie night.
There’s an extra-large back porch on the first floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, and 2 smaller balconies on the second floor. All 3 are perfect spots for catching a glimpse of dolphins out for a morning swim or enjoying one of our spectacular evening sunsets. After playing in your own personal beach backyard for the day, make a run to Shrimper’s Seafood Market located on highway 98 for fresh, locally caught gulf seafood, and prepare a yummy seafood extravaganza for the family.
Located in lovely and quiet Dune Allen Beach, Reynolds House is .9 mile from Gulf Place Town Center, only a 4 minute bike ride, where you can enjoy dining, shopping, or art classes for the kiddos at the Artists of Gulf Place during the spring and summer months.

This beach house is amazing. It sits right on the sand on an uncrowded portion of 30A beach. Each of the four bedrooms upstairs has its own bathroom with shower, which is so valuable when three families meet up for summer. The hot water heater is set to very hot, which, at first, we thought was a liability. But, as it turns out, four showers can be running at once and 10 people never ran out of hot water. The views are amazing. The common space on the main floor was perfect for 10 people. The icemaker was loud and at first obnoxious. But then we realized it was commercial grade and we never ran out of ice. So that was wonderful. The trash can on the street fills up quickly, and other houses were using it. So they could definitely use another bin, even though collection is twice a week. We had to through so much food away. A bin or collection from a local food bank would be really helpful. One more thing. We've stayed at many short term rentals and only one ever had an RO water filter under the sink. We went through maybe 20 gallons of plastic water jugs from Walmart. A 300 RO system would provide a little something that very few hosts provide. At this price point, there should be some extras. We also bought many beach accessories. We had to stuff them into the only car that drove to Florida. A common locker with beach accessories would also be a nice touch, again for such a luxury expense. Thank you again. We had a wonderful time.

Great accommodations for a trip to 30A. Excellent floor plan, with plenty of room to spread out or find privacy when needing quiet. The balconies off the main rooms were a nice bonus and offered beautiful views of the sunsets. The house was clean and adequately stocked: exactly as described in the overview. The beach was far enough away from the public access that it was never crowded, but the house itself was close enough to plenty of restaurants and shopping that there was always something to do. Would love to stay again.

The house rocks back and forth. The drains clogged. There were visible mold/mildew buildup around the ceiling air vents. Most doors to the house had broken locks. Screens coming apart on back porch as well as the entire screen missing from door on back porch and no way to lock back porch. The place was clean and otherwise nice and comfortable for our 12 person group.
