Come stay at this beautiful Springs condo & enjoy the views of the mountains and the valley. This condo has 2 bedrooms 2 baths on the ground floor with its own kitchen, (1,013sq ft) and sleeps 6 adults. It features beautiful furnishings and luxury amenities - Large kitchen w/ all utensils, linens, washer & dryer, flat screen TVs, cable, and a two car garage.

We were there to clean out my dad's house after his passing. This was a perfect place for everyone to hang out after a long days work. It was close enough to everything we needed, and far enough away from the mainstream "Mesquite" life. We had a great time. Thank you for the accommodations.

The pool is not open which was the whole reason we stayed here. There are only tiny garbage cans instead of 1 big one in the kitchen. The pull out sofa was great for an extra bed.
