With five bedrooms and four full baths, this home can accommodate up to 10 Lucky guests, making it perfect for wedding parties and reunions!
In Savannah, the ground floor is known as the Garden Level or Garden Apartment, and is perfect for anyone with mobility issues. It has it’s own entrance and a full kitchen with everything you’ll need during your stay. There are two full bathrooms - one with a shower/tub combo and the second with a stand-up shower. Three sets of French doors in the living room lead to your private patio. A gas grill, table for eight, and a view of Forsyth Park make this an ideal setting for dining al fresco.
On the third floor are three more bedrooms, one with two twin beds, and two with queen beds. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bath with a separate tub and shower, perfect for a relaxing evening. There is a convenient door to let in a lot of natural light and lead to a private balcony, so you can sit back and watch the world go by.

We hosted our annual girls weekend at the property and it was the perfect house and location! Lots of room to be able to have individual space for sleeping and getting ready but also great communal living spaces like the large family room and kitchen to gather informally and connect. Walking distance from Forsyth Park, many popular Savannah sites and shops, and a stop on the Old Town Trolley tour made siteseeing easy! We highly recommend this property for anyone groups wanting to enjoy time together in Savannah!

We had a party of nine people making a pleasure trip to Savannah, so we needed a place that could accommodate everyone. This place either met or exceeded our expectations. Check in was easy using the information that they provided via text, in the place was modern and extremely clean. The neighborhood was good, and it was an easy walking distance to Forsyth Park and other areas in the historic district of Savannah. Overall it was a wonderful day, and we have absolutely no negative comments regarding the property. I would have no qualms about recommending this place to anyone who has a large party that plans to visit Savannah.
