Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Parking pass(es) must be purchased online directly through Phoenix VII. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions that includes a link to register your vehicle and complete your parking pass purchase.
MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Our condo was the perfect place for two. Everything was nice and clean. Absolutely no complaints on any level- from reservations, check-in, parking passes, to check-out. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Would definitely stay there again!

Our stay was amazing ! Ocean view with the balcony was just what we were looking for. Not super private with neighboring balconies but should be expected. The condo was as pictured, comfortable and clean. You can hear the above neighbors with what sounded like moving furniture.... other wise quiet and peaceful. The bathroom could use some minor updates but still a great stay !! We will absolutely be back ! Location is perfect !

The location is excellent, everything is less than a quarter of a mile away. Supermarkets, restaurants, local shops. The building has 4 elevators and they work properly. The negative of my stay was that upon arrival we had to wash the floors because they were sticky and there was food residue under the table. around the foot of the toilet is yellow, very little cleaning. I had to wash it with soap because I didn't bring clorex with me .Only one soap for the dishwasher, only one toilet paper, no laundry detergent. Not beach towels. Very few options with the kitchen utensils, the mattress needs a replacement. Incorrect Wifi information, (the reception can provide you). A single bag for the kitchen garbage but too thin that it ended up breaking in the middle of the corridor when taking out the garbage. For the fees that they charge for cleaning and services, they should be more detailed with the
things they provide to the guests. If you have to bring everything to stay in a unit of this type, I prefer the service of a hotel room. I would not choose to stay in this place again
