My family really enjoy Fort Morgan. It is just the right amount of chill. Close enough to the action if you want to participate and far enough away to just chill. Our only issue was finding a maintenance individual in our condo upon our return from the beach. It was a little unnerving.

Exterior lights on 6th floor was outElevator was broken. Had to carry about 10 heavy suit cases up 6 flights of stairs.
