Über diese villa dieses Ferienunterkunft
River View is a completely private and beautifully designed villa featuring its own exclusive swimming pool, perfectly suited for up to 6 guests. Nestled in the serene countryside just outside the town of Rethymno, the villa harmoniously blends modern comfort with traditional Cretan architecture, incorporating elegant wood and stone elements throughout.
Designed with a two-level layout, the villa offers a welcoming and well-equipped space for a memorable stay. On the upper floor, guests are greeted by a stylish open-plan living and dining area, complete with satellite TV. Adjacent is a fully equipped modern kitchen fitted with the latest appliances. This level also includes a cozy double bedroom and a contemporary shower/WC.
A wooden staircase leads to the ground floor, where you’ll find two additional bedrooms, one double and one with twin beds, each with its own en-suite bathroom. French doors in both rooms open directly to the beautifully landscaped outdoor area.
Outside, a lush garden with a lawn surrounds the private swimming pool, which is complemented by comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas. Guests can also enjoy outdoor dining and lounging areas, as well as a barbecue corner, perfect for al fresco meals and relaxed evenings.
Ideally located just a short drive from traditional tavernas and only 12 km from the stunning beaches of Rethymno, the villa is set in a peaceful rural area that shows the natural beauty of the Cretan landscape.
Its central position makes it the perfect base for exploring both the north and south coasts of the island, offering easy access to Crete’s nature, charming villages, and hidden gems.
Whether you're looking to relax in privacy or set off on island adventures, River View Villa is your perfect home-away-from-home in Crete.

The house was very pleasant and we had a great time with the 5 of us. The kitchen could have a bit more equipment but the outside was gorgeous.

Fantastic host, excellent property for lazing on the pool and having meals outside or as a base for excursions around the island.

What a fantastic property and great host. We had a very enjoyable stay at this beautiful property. We were 4 adults (2couples) and explored the island from there or had a lazy day by the pool. The outdoor kitchen was fantastic and we had breakfast there every morning. The Next taverna is a short drive down the road - lovely family atmosphere and basic but fantastic local food. Definitely recommend. Our host spoilt us with fruit from his garden and much more. Thank you for such a great service.
