• A Non-Refundable one time pet fee of $150 per reservation will be charged.
• Dog owner accepts full responsibility for the pet.
• Aggressive dogs are NOT allowed.
• Please pick up after your pet, don’t leave them alone in the house, take them with you.
• 2 dog beds, bowls and towels are provided.
• If any of those items used, please leave it cleaned.
• Please wash and dry pet towels separately.
We have well water in the house. Even though there is filtration systems installed in the kitchen under the sink, tap water is not recommended for drinking, unless boiled.

Great clean spacious place. Plenty of room for our family. Very well equipped with essentials. Great location near very nice park and canal with lots of walking/biking trails. Larowin was quickly responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely rent again. We had a great stay.

Everything we needed inside the home, good location for us between Beach, golf and spring baseball . Very clean and comfortable. Not much for outside use.We would stay here again
