The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to enjoy meals at home, while the dining area is ideal for gathering over dinner or game nights. A rare highlight of this property is the private outdoor hot tub, offering the perfect place to soak under the stars after skiing, hiking, or exploring town. Designed for couples or small families, this condo delivers both comfort and convenience in a prime mountain setting.
Guests enjoy the added benefit of access to the Upper Village heated outdoor pool and hot tub complex located nearby. Please note the Upper Village Pool is closed for seasonal maintenance from April 19, 2026 through May 22, 2026, and again from September 14, 2025 through November 21, 2025.

Everything is within walking distance. Clean with everything we needed. The hot tub was the best after a full day of adventures!

Really enjoyed our stay and the property. Easy walk to town and Peak 9 lifts. Very comfortable place with a good living area and the hot tub on the balcony was awesome.

AC didn’t really cool upstairs, a dryer was delivered day 2 of our stay bc other one didn’t work, road and driveway painting took place first two days of stay too, so it inhibited access to the unit and there was no heads up on this. Close to town though.
