This bright and breezy 4th-floor condo offers stunning panoramic views from its massive private balcony—the perfect place to sip your morning coffee or catch a rocket launch over the waves.
Inside, you'll find a completely updated space designed with comfort and style in mind. The open-concept layout features a fully equipped kitchen, modern finishes, free WiFi, and three large Smart TVs. Whether you're lounging in the living area, cooking up a beachy breakfast, or winding down after a day in the sun, you'll feel right at home.

Starting on Monday July 13th, 6 the building will begin applying rooftop coatings on the carports. They will tape off sections as work progresses. We ask visitors and owners to park in the front parking area or along the back fence to ensure vehicles are protected. There is a decent amount of visitor parking at Cocoa Beach Towers. They will also be grinding and painting the curbs. The building expects the work to last 2-3 weeks.

Our stay at Cocoa Beach Towers through Happy Palm Stays was absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend staying at this property! The 4th floor views were spectacular and exactly according to the photos. Zareh and Team made sure we had everything we needed and were a breeze to communicate with. Stay here and you won’t be disappointed!!!
