Zenia Boulevard has shops in which you can find the latest in fashion, services, design, accessories or decoration at very competitive prices such as those of Primark, Alcampo, Decathlon, Leroy Merlin, Norauto, C&A, H&M, Zara, Zara Home, Lefties, Mango, Stradivarius, Bershka, Pull and Bear, Springfield, etc. Apart from shops, it has a Casino, bowling ally, and a host of fine eateries with all different types of food in the central court.

Nearby there are many championship golf courses to choose from plus the Villamartin Golf Course is on your door and other such as Las Ramblas and Campoamor Golf. The La Zenia and Playa Flamenca beaches are just a couple of km's away as well.
