Our group had a great time at this property, we did spent a day at the sand dunes. I wish we had a little more details on the trails on property as we only seen one. Great backyard for bbq and hanging around with friends we spent all 3 nights playing cards on the back patio

We had a great time here. The location was awesome and very private. The place has a modern open concept, which was great. We were a little disappointed with some items I would consider maintenance. Thermostat falling off, paint splatter on floors, wobbly broken barstool, outside cushions in furniture are dirty, lack of kitchen items, broken can opener, and the grill was quite dirty. One of the 2 showers would only put out scalding hot water, rendering it unusable. These weren’t dealbreakers as we still had an awesome time. It was just a little disappointing, especially the shower.
