Welcome to SUNDOWN, a 3,250 sq. ft., 3-level Fort Morgan beach home designed for large groups. The open floor plan allows family and friends to gather, relax, and make lasting memories. Bedrooms feature a mix of king, queen, and twin beds with sleeper sofas, flat-screen TVs, and private baths where indicated. Enjoy subdivision pool access, free wireless internet, and ample space for entertaining. Summer rentals are Saturday-to-Saturday only; shorter stays may be available in fall/winter—please contact the office directly.

You must be 25 or older to book this property. No smoking. No parties or events.
PET POLICY
This home is dog-friendly. Guests must notify us upon booking if bringing a dog. A pet fee applies, per pet. Limit and size restrictions may apply so please inquire before booking. The following breeds are prohibited by association by-laws: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, or Pit Bull.
RULES FOR RENTING WITH A DOG
• Dog must be older than 9 months
• Dog must remain on a leash when outside of the house
• Guests must clean up after their dog
• No excessive barking

We had an enjoyable time in this large beach house. Our family of 10 had plenty of room and the two separate washing machines and refrigerators were very helpful. The home has great views and is a short walk to the beach. We also enjoyed family dinners and the large table. Concerns were that the dishwasher did not work well. It either would not run at all or ran non-stop. Maintenance did come and "fix" it once but it never worked well. It was also difficult to get the front door to lock with the code and there were nails in the driveway under the house due to a recent deck remodel. Overall we would stay again and feel like it's a great option for the price. Definitely "first tier" view with a closer to "second tier" price. Management was very responsive with any issue we had.

The house was spacious for my 15 member family. However, there was no cable TV (Directv was off) The beds had sand in the sheets, there were light bulbs out, the floors had not been mopped and the bathrooms were dirty.
