The game room was too hot to enjoy as the AC unit fails to cool. Need more cooking pans/steamer/storage containers. Downstairs bathroom H20 flow poor/restricted. Flea was observed on me and I had multiple bites. Somebody has had a pet in there. Loved: pool table, Xbox, patio and pool. All rooms had plenty of size and there was plenty to do for all ages! Everything was in good working order. We didn't even try the community pool as it did not look good...too crowded.

We rented this home May 9th - May 16th to accommodate 5 adults and 3 children during our trip to Walt Disney World and SeaWorld. The accommodations were perfect for our family. Everyone had their own space, the pool and game room were great, and our grandchildren loved the bunk rooms. I will definitely re-book for any return trips to Orlando and I will recommend to friends and family. When I asked my 5 year old twin grandsons their favorite part about our family vacation (which included 5 theme park days), they both said “the hotel!” … meaning this house!

Our family had an amazing one-week stay at this beautiful Solterra Resort villa in Davenport, FL! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfectly set up for families, with comfortable bedrooms, themed bunk rooms for the kids, a private pool and spa, and plenty of room for everyone to relax after long days at the parks. The location was ideal — close to Disney, restaurants, and shopping, while still feeling peaceful and secure inside the gated resort community. The kitchen was fully stocked, check-in was simple, and the resort amenities made the trip even more enjoyable. For future travelers, I’d recommend planning at least one full “resort day” to enjoy the pool and clubhouse, bringing extra pool towels for convenience, and grocery shopping early in the trip to take full advantage of the kitchen and outdoor dining area. Overall, this property made our vacation stress-free, comfortable, and memorable, and we would absolutely stay here again!
