We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Martin Lake House! The home was comfortable and clean, and actually larger than the photos indicated. The lake seemed to be low, at no fault of the owner of course, but was beautiful to swim and kayak!! The two outdoor areas were lovely to sit and enjoy the lake!! Side note: there was the cutest black and tan dog that came by and visited us daily!! If you rent this location, be sure to give him love!!!! Thank you, Melinda, for a wonderful vacation!!!

Awesome My parents in law were able to walk down to the shore, great place Senior friendly

We loved it! The home had everything you could need - kitchen stuff, ample towels and bedding, modern and clean appliances. We were able to swim and float right off the dock and the water was quite warm. The outdoor shower was great after playing in the lake all day. They had plenty of life jackets and kayaks and our little one made good use of the toys and books. The AC was ice cold and was so refreshing for the weather. We visited from a place that doesn’t have good tap water and it was great to not have to need bottled water. Walmart was a quick 20 minute drive when we needed to grab groceries. We will absolutely be back to stay!

The house was nice but the shower would not drain.
