To maximise the elevated position the living area is on the first floor where there is a very spacious open plan living kitchen dining space, with a feature glazed gable end opening onto a full-length balcony with contemporary corner seating which offers views over St Ives Bay. The ultra-modern kitchen features Neff appliances including a six-ring ceramic hob and double oven, a large American fridge freezer, oak worktops and a large oak dining table comfortably seating twelve guests. The living area is equipped with BT Infinity broadband and a large flat screen television, which can be enjoyed from the large sumptuous and contemporary sofa. BT Vision with the BT Sports package is also available. There is a separate shower room with toilet and a double bedroom on the first floor, with its own full width balcony and equally impressive views over open country and the coast.

Downstairs is where you will find the further five bedrooms which consist of two king size bedrooms, both with ensuites with shower, wash hand basin and WC, Two rooms with two single beds and one bunk bed room. There is also a large family bathroom with bath with shower over, wash hand basin and WC.

The south facing stone-walled garden is laid to lawn and equipped with seating and a gas BBQ. There is a separate garage which houses a sink, washing machine and tumble dryer and is used for storing the BBQ. A great addition to get the family together is the table tennis which will give you hours of amusement.
