The unit and building is very old. Reminds me if a Motel 8. The air conditioner condenser is in the attic and sounds like a train when it’s on. Bathroom fixtures are very old. Instructions should be provided for the TV remotes. The property management was very friendly, courteous and accommodating. Had a washer/dryer/dishwasher. Good water pressure. Home Was quiet - couldn’t hear neighbors. Very close to local bars and restaurants.

Overall clean, Great location, nice decor. Everything we needed. Had an issue with the dishwasher and the wifi (not the owners problem - wifi was out on the whole island), but they were very communicative and upfront.

This was a great condo, went to the Sandcastle Festival which was great and fun as well. The place was clean, very comfortable. They are pet friendly which it was awesome. Got communication from host in a timely manner, my only complaint was the property yard/grass area. It is full of stickers/sandburst This was a great condo. The TV in bedroom did not work no cable. Remotes had no batteries. Electricity went out for about 2 hours on Saturday night in two of the buildings.
