C302 is a top floor oceanfront condo. This 2 bedroom, 2-bath top-floor villa features vaulted ceilings, gorgeous ocean views and a large covered lanai for sunset dinners. The living room features new carpeting, plenty of comfortable seating and a large flat screen television for the family to enjoy. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite counter tops with a large dining room table off to the side. The master bedroom offers guests plenty of room to relax with a king size bed and flat screen television, while the second bedroom, perfect for the children, offers two twin beds and a television of its own. Both bedrooms are on different ends of the unit for maximum privacy and both feature their own attached full bathroom with tile and granite counter tops, as well as a private lanai with beautiful mountain and ocean views.

Enjoyed the coastal location, views from the top floor, the beach cabanas and swimming pool. Very peaceful and relaxing.

Great views and beautiful property and condo. Also, the property management team was very responsive to our questions and requests. They are top notch. We definitely will stay at the same condo again in the future.
