New holiday home completely renovated in 2022, managed by Canariasgetaway (visit our website), three minutes walk from Puerto Rico beach, in a small complex with just a few neighbours and extremely quiet-It has been designed for the comfort and rest of travellers who want to enjoy one of the places with the most sunshine hours in Gran Canaria.
The property consists of 2 bedrooms - one double and one single - very bright exteriors. It also has a spacious living room with integrated kitchen and a fantastic balcony with views of the quiet and relaxing pool and capacity for 3 people.
The 50 m² accommodation, cosy and very bright, has views of the pool, garden and ravine that flows into the fantastic Puerto Rico Beach, always with its calm waters. It is fully furnished and has all the amenities for both short holidays and slightly longer stays.
The American kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
The property has: air conditioning in the living room, international channels, iron, unlimited internet access (wifi), hairdryer, communal pool, and Smart TV.
Located in an ideal area for families and next to the sea.
Puerto Rico, the ideal place to spend 24 hours in swimwear, without remembering absolutely anything about the office or the stressful day-to-day of the rest of the year.
The blame for this entire situation lies with the good weather experienced in Puerto Rico practically all year round. A soft sun that seems not to want to leave this small valley in the south of Gran Canaria, nor its beach nor the apartments and hotels that dot the cliffs.

The apartment is truly fantastic and has everything you need. A kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning, and a swimming pool right outside. During our stay, we were the only ones using the pool. It's a truly wonderfully quiet location! Close to the beach and two supermarkets (Hiperdino & Spar). It's also very close to the quiet boulevard and the shopping center, with Mogan Mall just a 10-minute walk away. A truly top-notch location! Parking was a bit tricky with the rental car, but that's because parking is paid everywhere. The free parking spots are used by people who want to go to the beach. The owner is also truly amazing! He made sure we had everything we needed with our baby. A crib (paid), a baby chair, and a baby bath were also provided. These were bought new for us at no extra cost—that's what I call excellent service! The refrigerator was also stocked with water, and there were two welcome gifts waiting for us. You truly feel completely welcome here!
Actually, not much, because the apartment is truly fantastic! We had a wonderful two and a half weeks here!

The host we met was lovely as were the team at VRBO and Getaways. The apartment was a bit dated and I hadn’t realised, my fault, how near it was to a very busy road.
