A nice small studio to stay at while there. A niice lady runs it.

Comfortable room located on Route 1 and within walking distance of all of the fun spots on Indian River Boulevard. The traffic and train noise was a bit loud at times, but we really didn't spend too much time at the location except for eating and sleeping.

A small, secluded place, well-equipped with everything you'll need to stay comfortable. Convenient location, walking distance to several restaurants. Ample parking, fast Wi-Fi, tucked away off a major street. Not much traffic noise, but trains come by throughout the night.

The studio apartment was quaint and well located but from the first moment that we opened the door we were overcome with the strong odors of mildew. The bathroom had no ventilation which trapped the odors in. Kitchenette was in a closet next to the toilet. The advertised rate would have been reasonable, but at checkout a bunch of other fees are added which made the total price unreasonable for what you get and the condition of the property. Be upfront about the real cost and clean and deodorize the bathroom and this could be a great little property.
