Reviewer Comments:
The inside of the home and the location to the beach was great. The only complaint/concern I had was the outside back deck and stairs going down. It was not safe to walk without shoes due an excessive amount of old and new nails protruding up, the company did send someone to address once we raised concerns but this deck and handrails needs some attention.

House was not very clean. Furniture in bad shape as well as matresses. Vent to house was filthy. Not soap for dishes. The house is in a perfect location. Beautiful beach.
