Ramsgate 3 is a 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath gulf-front condo that is perfectly situated on the Gulf of Mexico in Seacrest Beach near Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. This ground floor condo is a perfect retreat for a couple, or a small family, and sleeps 4 with a king in the master and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Located on 30A bike path--close to restaurants, spas and art galleries/shops of Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside and The Big Chill; many bike and kayak rentals.
Ramsgate has incredible views of the sugar white sandy beaches and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. There’s a wide lawn in front of the building that’s perfect for outdoor games with the family and a boardwalk to the beach for added convenience.

Just an 7 minute ride east and you’re in Rosemary Beach with shops and restaurants including the Old World style town center w/coffee shop, bike and surf rentals, and unique shops. “The Big Chill” is a nearby community center for Prominence and is only a short 1 mile from your condo. The Big Chill offers something for folks of all ages and tastes, from tacos and tequila, to wings, burgers and shakes, a stop here is quick, tasty and convenient, and comes with a side of entertainment at the outdoor amphitheater. It's a great place to catch a concert, sporting event, or a movie on the lawn.
The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We had a great stay overall. The location was absolutely incredible and the beach access was the highlight of the trip. It felt like having a nearly private beach, and the property is perfectly situated between everything you'd want to do along 30A.
Check-in was seamless and communication throughout our stay was excellent.
The only reason I'm not giving a perfect rating is that the property didn't quite match the impression from the photos. It's a nice place, but some signs of wear and tear (small cosmetic issues were more noticeable in person than expected).
Cleanliness was also a bit of a drawback. I understand that keeping a beach property spotless is challenging with guests constantly tracking in sand, but the unit felt only moderately clean. Walking around barefoot, you could tell it wasn't as clean as we'd hoped, especially considering the price point.
That said, given how expensive this area is, I still think this property offers strong value. The location and beach access alone made for a fantastic vacation, and we'd definitely consider staying again.

Location was amazing. Beach was beautiful and could be seen from the patio. Inside could definitely use some updating, but my husband and I had a wonderful stay here. No issues, even extended our stay a day.

Great location! It was clean but had a weird smell. I believe it comes from the sofa. It looks really old, and my son couldn't sleep because the mattress is thiner than a paper. It would be great if you could update the sofa.

The location is perfect, loved being on the bottom floor with access out the back door to beach. Bed and pillows were very comfortable, as were the couches. The size is perfect for a couple. But this unit desperately needs some attention. The ice maker didn't work, so we had to buy a bag of ice. We turned it off and on and even pulled out the fridge to see if the water was connected (it was) but it never made one cube of ice. My husband sat in a chair at the kitchen table and heard a crack, got up and found a split from the seat down the leg. Moved that chair aside and got another and found that it was already split in the exact same way, so the one he sat in may have already been that way too. One that wasn't split was coming apart at the top. The light over the stove wouldn't come on. The hood over the stove was permanently sticky and dirty looking. There is a hole with rotten wood around it in the kitchen ceiling. There's noticeably what appears to be mold on the air vent in the ceiling over the kitchen cabinets. The wall is buckling and peeling in the bathroom. The bar that blocks the closed sliding glass door to keep it locked didn't fit well and was held together with an ink pen. These things didn't ruin our stay because we were only in the room for the night and the beds were comfortable, but honestly, the place really needs some care.
