The Furnas Cottage was a beautiful relaxing place to stay. It had everything we needed.and more. We really enjoyed the lush forest surroundings. It is close enough to walk to all Furnas has to offer.

I hope this is translating properly so here goes - such a charming cottage nestled in the forest in Furnas. We can't say enough about this experience. The house has so many interesting touches - it has lovely art, fresh flowers, etc. Our host met us and took us to the house and provided us with fresh bread, wine and pineapple. My husband loved the hot outdoor shower. There is a private garden which is actually it's own park you can walk through to get to town. We would definitely pick this house again. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We had an amazing stay in Estavao’s house. The house and THE GARDEN are magical. Estavao was very welcoming and had a lot of little attentions.
If we ever go back to Furnas, we will definitely stay at Estavao’s again.
