in overall quite happy with the villa. we got this recommended by friends who went here last year.
good location (nice villages near, Assisi and Perugia also nearby), nice pool (cleaned almost every day) etc.
some minor events;
- unfortunately, the water was cut off when we arrived. it was taken care of in some hours. meanwhile we used poolwater to flush the toilets.
- there was no wifi in the first 5 days, it was fixed later, but took them a few days to get in action. we had to buy extra data on our phones.
it took some energy, time + few phone calls to the property manager to get everything fixed. but overall we were quite happy, will recommend to friends.
