The highlight is your own private view of historic Rock City, where you can see 7 states on a clear day. This modern townhome complex sits on the LEFT side, with a private entrance. The open concept two-story 1,500 sq foot home has plenty of room for everyone. The main floor holds a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living space and 1 walk-in shower, with each of the three bedrooms and 2nd bath located on the second floor.



If you are coming to the area for a reunion, sports events, wedding, etc. and need more space, consider booking Rock Vista Retreat Family. This listing includes both sides of the townhome with access to all the shared amenities and a total occupancy of 16. The large level front yard is shaded and is an excellent place for a family hangout or a friendly game of wiffle ball or corn hole.

We kindly ask that you respect the privacy of their front porch and garage space, and enjoy quiet hours to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.
