Tilden Pond is located 8 minutes/6 miles from Belfast with restaurants, a large and high-quality grocery, hiking, and all the amenities of the modern world. Oh and of course the ocean! The property, in the 25 plus years I’ve been renting it, remains quite special. It’s easy to enjoy the proximity to the water, the family of geese, the perpetual quiet and the heavenly chorus of the loons. Oh yes, and the fishing is to die for.I will be back for years to come.

A rustic pondside cabin. The pond brims with Bass both lg and small. Fun!The cabin provides all the basics. Loons call morning and night.

We had great weather. We enjoyed the lake and the area. We saw lions and a bald eagle.

The camp is small but pleasant and well equipped for 2 guests. We chose it because the reviews & pictures suggested a rowboat and canoe were available. This is not true.
The lake seems lovely, the location is pleasant and private but it was disappointing to come so far just to look at it.
