This is a single-level duplex unit with a shared wall but no shared amenities. When renting this unit, you will have access to a private fenced backyard and pool area along with access to the home from Crescent St. The pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. While the heater works to maintain comfortable temperatures, performance can vary during colder weather. The minimum age to rent this property is 26. A rental agreement is required to be signed after booking and prior to check-in. By booking, you acknowledge that you will be required to complete and sign the rental agreement.
