Wonderful location and well-equipped property

We have stayed at this property for the last 5 years, and we love the location and the view. We had some maintenance issues this time, but the property manager responded quickly and took care of them in a timely manner. We would have loved to have an umbrella on the outdoor table, as the morning sun is pretty fierce. Overall, we would recommend the property.

The condo was very nice. Unfortunately the monsoons caused some leaks from the roof. Staff were very helpful and Spectrum provided compensation for my inconvenience. Overall the condo is in a beautiful location and was an excellent value.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this quiet, lovely condo. The Southwestern design was perfect for the region and the slate patio was a perfect spot to view the sunrise.
