Rivervale Family Retreat is a charming 3 bedroom family home perfectly situated in a serene suburb that offers the ideal blend of tranquility & convenience. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this delightful residence provides a peaceful retreat while being just minutes away from key landmarks, including the airport, Crown Towers Hotel/Casino, Swan River, Optus Stadium and the bustling city center.

We are available to answer any questions via our Guest App or over the phone during your stay. If there is something that requires attention during your stay, we will be able to attend within approximately 30 minutes.

Location is one of the standout features of Rivervale Family Retreat. The house is conveniently located just a short drive from the airport, making it an excellent choice for travelers. The nearby Crown Towers Hotel and Casino offers world-class entertainment, dining, and gaming options for a night out. Swan River is very close with lots of meandering walkways to choose from. Additionally, the great Optus Stadium is a 30 minute walk along the lake and the vibrant city center is easily accessible, providing a wealth of cultural attractions, shopping, and dining experiences.

Rivervale Family Retreat boasts three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. he master bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, soft linens, offering a luxurious retreat for parents. The second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for children, with two twin beds. All bedrooms including the living room have a dual air­ conditioning unit/ heater for your comfort in hot summer and cold winter days.

Outside, the backyard offers a private oasis with outdoor dining and a barbecue grill, making it an ideal spot for family cookouts and alfresco dining.

Staying at 50 Newey Street in Rivervale offers an incredibly central base, perfectly positioned between the Perth CBD, the airport, and the city’s premier entertainment hubs.

Getting Around
Our home in Rivervale is a commuter's dream, providing quick access to Perth’s major arteries and public transport links. Whether you are here for a flight, a football game, or business in the city, you are perfectly placed.

By Bus
Great Eastern Highway: A 5-minute walk takes you to the main highway, where high-frequency buses (like the 935, 940, and 39) run constantly. The 935 is a guest favorite, taking you directly into the heart of the Perth CBD or out to the Perth Airport (Terminal 3 and 4).

Direct City Access: You can be in the center of the city in about 15 minutes by bus.

By Train
Burswood Station: Located just a 4-minute drive or a brisk 20-minute walk away. This station sits on the Armadale/Thornlie line, providing a direct link to Optus Stadium, Perth Station, and the southern suburbs.

Entertainment & Lifestyle
Optus Stadium & Crown Perth: You are exceptionally close to Perth’s premier entertainment precinct. It’s a 5-minute Uber or a short bus ride to reach Crown Towers, the casino, and world-class dining.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
