Casa Giorgia is a comfortable villa that combines Mediterranean style with modern amenities. Set on the eastern side of Praiano, it enjoys a quiet yet central location, just a short walk from shops, restaurants, and public transport. With only 40 steps from the main road, the villa offers easy access and wide sea views thanks to its elevated position.

The property boats a fleet of private boats, allowing guests to book tailor-made excursions along the Amalfi Coast or to Capri.

Casa Giorgia is ideal for guests seeking privacy, tranquility, and unique panoramic views, while staying close to services and coastal attractions:

• Grocery store (Tutto per Tutti), just few minutes’ walk downhill

• Main beach - Marina di Praia - reachable via scenic walks or local transport (20min walk downhill)

• Bars, restaurants and Local bus stops just a few minutes’ walk downhill

• Shuttle and bus connections to Positano, Amalfi, and other destinations along the Amalfi Coast - 200 MT walk downhill



Note: All services and points of interest are reached by going up or down steps, in line with the typical urban layout of Praiano and the Amalfi Coast. This feature is part of the authentic local experience but makes the property more suitable for guests comfortable with walking and stairs.



ACCESS AND PARKING

Casa Giorgia is located in a pedestrian-only area, typical of Praiano, and cannot be reached directly by car. Access is exclusively on foot via a scenic path with around 60 steps. For this reason, the property is not recommended for guests who do not enjoy walking, climbing stairs, or who have mobility issues.



Upon request, a paid porter service can be arranged for luggage assistance at check-in and check-out.

• Private paid parking available on request at approximately 100 meters from the property (advance booking strongly recommended, especially in high season).

• Public paid parking available at approximately 200 meters from the property. Parking is not reservable and may be crowded in high season due to the limited number of spaces.



GETTING AROUND

Thanks to its strategic location, Casa Giorgia allows guests to explore the Amalfi Coast easily even without a car.

• Boat excursions from Praiano (Marina di Praia – approx. 1 km): The most scenic and relaxing way to travel along the coast. Ideal for visiting Capri, Positano, Amalfi, and sea-access-only coves while avoiding traffic and parking issues.

• Public buses (SITA and local buses – stop approx. 200 m away): Regular connections to Positano and Amalfi. A practical and economical option, though often crowded and slower during high season.

• Private driver: Offers comfort and flexibility, with higher costs compared to public transport and limited availability during peak periods. Advance booking (at least one day ahead) is recommended.

• On foot: The most authentic way to experience Praiano. All services are reachable by walking, always involving steps and elevation changes typical of the area. Recommended for guests accustomed to walking.

• Scooter rental: Provides greater independence in terms of schedules and routes, but is recommended only for experienced riders comfortable with narrow and busy coastal roads.
