Casa Bella is a 2 bedroom bungalow providing a charming retreat for two couples or a small family seeking a private haven to experience the traditional life of the Island of Cyprus.
The bungalow has its own private 8x4 swimming pool and a nicely maintained garden for endless, carefree relaxing hours in the ever shining Mediterranean sun.
The bungalow is located in a Villa complex, offering a clean, quiet and well built environment with a walking distance location to all the needed amenities, restaurants and shops. The popular Coral Bay, a 500 meter long bay boasting golden sands and clean blue waters, is a certified blue flag bay and is only 10 mins walk from Casa Bella.
An abundance of shops, restaurants and bars serving locally grown and prepared food are present in Coral Bay strip which is only 15 mins walk from Casa Bella. Also the convenience of shops delivering groceries back to your holiday home will make it easier for you to support a beautiful sunset meal.
The swimming pool has variable depths (0.90 x 2m) and has roman steps at the shallow end in addition to flood lights making it a safe and relaxing option at night.
The garden offers plenty of sunbathing space and is furnished with solid quality and modern furniture with comfortable sun beds and rattan sofas setting the scene for a real oasis of calm and tranquility. It is set on a single level making it accessible for all ages. If you prefer a little shade, that too is provided by the roofed terrace which is footsteps away from the swimming pool where you will be welcomed with a 6 piece comfortable rattan couch set.
Through high sliding doors you will be able to access the fully air conditioned living room which is furnished with two leather beige sofas gathered around the wooden coffee table which provides a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy the free WIFI and plasma TV with internet TV offering UK T.V. with Sky sports and unlimited movies (as well as international channel options).
The living room opens through to a superbly equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances offering a microwave, large refrigerator, freezer, high quality electric cooker, oven, toaster, electric kettle and other appliances making the property feel like a home away from home.
The 2 large air conditioned rooms can accommodate 5 adults with ease and boast large wardrobe space for storage and hanging. The en-suite master bedroom sports a queen size bed and direct access to the terrace and pool. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed with a dedicated bathroom.

A spacious villa, reasonably well maintained but looking dated in some areas, the en- suite bathroom for example, though perfectly adequate needs updating as it looks unappealing. The aircon unit in the room is faulty and was reported and though the maintenance guy did come out and got it working the unit requires complete replacement. The kitchen is ok, the hob is shabby, the fridge/ freezer works well and there were enough pans and sauspans etc. to allow for a reasonable level.of cooking. It was helpful that some rubbish bags were left for our use but there wasn't anything else apart from some water in the fridge and some really cheap washing up liquid. The outside area was fine but the swing seat should be resited to the other side of the garden area as the bins are situated behind the hedge and the smell pervades so making it unpleasant to sit in. On the whole, we enjoyed our two weeks; we found the local people welcoming and friendly but were disappointed with Paphos as we found it shabby, charmless and overdeveloped and no sense of any Cypriot culture just so very english. Our highlight was the gem of a beach Corilla which we went to several times.

Villa was very good, however, the key had not been left in key safe and we had a 90 minute delay before we could get into villa.

Absolutely fantastic villa. A beautiful villa, great pool, lovely interior. Location is amazing. Few minute walk to local supermarket and shops and restaurant. Easy walk to coral bay beach which is stunning. Host was absolutely fantastic and very helpful. We do villa holidays every year and this is by far our favourite. Perfect house. Perfect location. Highly recommended. Thank you!!!

This was a lovely property to stay in, We loved the garden area, and the swimming pool. The only comments we would make are the fact that there was no teapot provided, and the shower head & hose could do with replacing. These items are fairly inexpensive to replace, but make such a difference! But, all in all, a fantastic villa that we would LOVE to come back and stay in again one day.
