Destiny Beach Villas #20A and B is made up of two separate levels of a beach villa and features magnificent lake and gulf views! Each level has 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms for a combined 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There are also 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, 2 balconies, and 2 porches! Stroll right across the street or through the tunnel to public beach access, or take a dip in the gated community pool, just a few steps away! Relax on the 24ft x 14ft screened-in lakefront patio, have a drink on the lakefront balcony, or admire the Gulf Views from the gulf-facing balcony! There are TWO king bedrooms, a bedroom with a twin over a queen bunk bed, as well as an extra twin bed, and two-sleeper sofas in the living rooms, sleeping up to 12 guests. Here you will find wind surfing, snorkeling, water-skiing and parasailing offered all along the Gulf. Nearby attractions include a Big Kahuna's Waterpark, The Track Family Fun Center and an array of watersports available at Destin Harbor. If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
