The Space:
Beautiful, Spacious and Updated 5BD/3BA Vacation Rental Cabin in North Lake Tahoe, CA. This property is located in the Agate Bay Subdivision, a quiet neighborhood with convenient access to ski resorts, grocery stores, shops and restaurants.
The main cabin includes 3BD/2BA, updated kitchen and bathrooms, high ceilings and comfortable furnishings. Relax and hangout with family and friends while enjoying the gas fireplace and flat screen TV. Soak up the sierra sun and bbq on the expansive wrap around deck! The in-law quarters includes 2BD/1BA and allows for privacy and separation from the main cabin. Double sinks in the bathroom and high ceilings throughout, this completely updated space is great for multiple families and larger groups.
All ABP vacation rentals come equipped with high-speed Internet, linens, towels, kitchen supplies (toaster, coffee pot, dishes, pots/pans, utensils), washer/dryer and BBQ (summer only). If you have special requests, please let us know.

Important: On March 11th 2022, Placer County implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500 - $5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance.
Some Highlights Include:
•Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound.
•Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside of a property and all pet waste needs to be picked up.
•Parking is limited to the following number of spaces: 4
Due to extreme fire danger- The use of any outdoor fire pit or fireplace is strictly prohibited in any of our rental properties. All charcoal or wood burning bbq's are strictly prohibited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.

The house was perfect for my family ski trip! It fit us more than comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook all of our meals.The location was great only a quick drive away from the resort. The only thing is we wished we could have used the outdoor fireplace in the winter. All in though we loved the house and would definitely stay there again.

The Cabin was perfect for our group of 9, it had everything we needed and was a good home base for the activities we love to do in Tahoe but was peaceful and quiet. The property manager is responsive to issues that arise. We enjoyed playing family games using the large tables inside and outside. It was very warm during our stay but fans were included that helped us cool down the home at night. We would certainly book this cabin again!

The house is great! It fit our family perfectly for our stay. My grandson loved using the PlayStation. Comfortably furnished, great location.
