This pristine 2 bedroom vacation rental comes with three simple rules, relax, relax, relax! Not to worry, a relaxed mood becomes second nature with the beach in the front yard and a beautifully adorned condo to enjoy it from. A vacation at this South Walton vacation rental is truly a retreat from the ordinary. Each comfortable room features coordinated furnishings and lullabies courtesy of the soothing Gulf of Mexico. Special extras like a kid's bunk area, plus, the primary suite offers its lucky guests the chance to unwind in the serenity of the private bathroom tub.
Set in a quiet location along 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, San Remo enjoys the timeless beauty of untouched beaches, a lake and fountain, and a sunny pool deck and hot tub. Simply step out the patio doors and the warm Florida sunshine will greet you and lead you into sunkissed memories on the shores of the Gulf where Free Seasonal Beach Service is provided at the designated beach area. However, just out the front door and about a ten minute walk to the west you’ll find yourself at Gulfplace. Succulent seafood restaurants, upscale boutiques, bike rentals, and a general store are among the local offerings to top off your beach vacation at San Remo.
This condo comes with 2 parking spaces.
We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.

Condo’s location, beach and access, pool area, landscaping, view, balcony/lanai are excellent. The property manager, Annette, was outstanding in the way she kept and managed the property. She was always present if you needed anything, and very pleasant and professional. The condo itself, for the rental amount tendered, could definitely use some updating.

Great location - short walk to beach, shops, and restaurants. Gated entrance provides another level of security. Beach service with umbrella and chairs was an added touch! We will definitely stay at this location again in the future.

Enjoyed our stay and we were happy with the cleanliness of the condo. The location was perfect for beach access and walkability to shops and restaurants. We loved having the beach service and having a pool on site.

We absolutely loved it and will definitely go back!!! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed!! The location was perfect! The balcony is gorgeous and huge! The view is beyond perfect!
