Welcome to Bamboo Breeze, your relaxing Canyon Lake getaway! This recently updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath home combines modern comfort with a peaceful setting beneath beautiful mature oak trees.

Inside, the open floor plan makes it easy to relax and spend time together. The living room features comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and a foosball table for a little friendly competition. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry, and open shelving.

The primary bedroom features a queen bed, wood accent wall, and private ensuite bathroom with shower. The bunk room is perfect for kids or extra guests with two bunk beds—one twin-over-full and one twin-over-twin. A second full bathroom offers a tub/shower combination, plus a full-size washer and dryer for added convenience.

Outside, enjoy the oversized deck surrounded by oak trees—the perfect spot for morning coffee or winding down after a day at the lake. Pets are welcome, too!

You`ll be just ½ mile from Canyon Lake Boat Ramp #2, approximately 10 minutes from Comal Park, 12 minutes from Overlook Park, and 12 minutes from Whitewater Amphitheater and tubing on the Guadalupe River.

Need more room? Bamboo Hideout, a separate efficiency that sleeps 2, is located downstairs and may be rented separately or together with Bamboo Breeze for additional space.

No smoking
Dogs permitted with a $50 pet fee per pet, max 2 dogs. No puppies or aggressive breeds. Dogs only, no cats or other animals. Pets will not be allowed on furniture, and excessive barking will not be tolerated. Please clean up after your pet, and keep leashed at all times. Pet(s) will be approved by a representative of My NB Vacation prior to arrival (please let us know as soon as booking is made).
No parties or events.

Additional rules
-Renting party must be 23 or older (all members of the group must be 23yrs of age or older, unless there`s a parent/guardian present during the entirety of the stay).
-Must sign Rental Agreement prior to receiving check-in details- please let us know if you`d like a copy before booking (we can`t attach)
-If booked on the same day or weekend, please call After-Hours # provided, as we can access our phone quicker than AirBNB
-No day visitors (6 guests-max occupancy- occupancy includes children)
-Bracelets are given for the max occupancy of the unit. These are to be worn to use the amenities on property.
-Max parking- 2 cars (in designated spots, towing will be enforced by a 3rd party company which unfortunately we have no control over- please use parking permits provided upon arrival)
-For stays over 28 days- max 1 guest per bedroom

-Monthly reservations during our popular winter months (January, February, and March) MUST be booked from the 1st to the 1st.
-Remaining off-season monthly stays must be booked for a FULL month (i.e. 1st to the 1st, 6th to the 6th, 27th to the 27th, etc)

I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening.
