This brand-new and charming villa is designed to let you enjoy a relaxing vacation. You can unwind while sipping a drink, comfortably reclining in the pool’s whirlpool area, where the sound of the waterfall and the saltwater will transport you to the seashore. The sun will tan you as you lounge on the sunbeds while your children play in the garden and on the playground. For those who don’t want to miss out on a little exercise even while on vacation, there’s a small gym. Ideal for couples as well as families, it will be the perfect base from which to visit the main tourist destinations of the Val di Noto, such as Scicli, Modica, and Ragusa Ibla; you can also explore the labyrinthine halls of the enchanting Donnafugata Castle or visit the locations featured in the Inspector Montalbano series. The Villa Thetis apartment features a spacious and comfortable living room with a kitchen and a view of the pool, as well as breathtaking views of the Iblean coast. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet every need: induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with water dispenser, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, deep fryer, kitchen utensils, and much more.
Outside, you’ll find a stainless-steel barbecue with a tiled countertop and sink, all covered by an elegant canopy.
The villa’s apartment features 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms: the first bedroom is a double with a bathroom designed to be accessible to guests with disabilities; the second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a double sofa bed; finally, the third bedroom has a French-style double bed with a view of the pool and the sea.
In the living room, there are two very comfortable single sofa beds that, when pushed together, can be converted into a very comfortable double bed; additionally, adjacent to the living room, there is a laundry room with a guest bathroom. Another bathroom with a dressing area and shower is located in the garden, so you don’t have to go inside the house if you’re using the gym or the pool.
Every room in the accommodation has independent air conditioning, allowing you to adjust the temperature to suit each guest’s needs. You can also gain access—both from the parking lot and inside the house—using a keypad with a code provided at check-in.
The beautiful terrace and the wonderful garden will allow you to spend delightful evenings outdoors; perhaps after grilling your food, you can enjoy it under the stars.
