It has two gardens, one of which is enclosed, allowing you to enjoy the sun all day long.
The house is 1km5 from the beach of Plovan, in the bay of Audierne. It is a preserved place that you can discover on foot, by bike or on horseback.
Surfing or sand yachting enthusiasts have a quality area of several kilometres in the bay of Audierne.
During your holiday, you can enjoy the local markets and discover the rich heritage.

First floor:
Living room with fully equipped fitted kitchen, open to the dining room and the living room. It accesses the terrace of the enclosed garden with trees.
Night area composed of a bedroom with 160x200 bed, an independent bathroom with shower and bathtub and a toilet.
Upstairs:
The first bedroom is equipped with a 160x200 bed and the second with two 90x190 beds. They are separated by a relaxation area located on the landing. Bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

Wifi, television.
Washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Kitchen: kettle, coffee maker with capsules, coffee maker, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, crockery, cutlery and dish towels.
We provide you with sheets, towels and washcloths.
We love animals very much but they are not allowed in the house.
