From JULY 1 to AUGUST 31, the central air conditioning is available.
Upon request and for a small additional fee, the air conditioning can also be turned on at other times of the year.
Finally, the apartment includes a free parking space in the building’s courtyard, ensuring convenience and easy parking.
From the apartment, you can reach the beaches of Briatico in a 15-minute walk along the town’s waterfront promenade, where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the Gulf of Sant’Eufemia and the Stromboli volcano. In any case, all of the town’s beaches are also accessible by car in about 3–4 minutes.
For those who prefer to travel by train, the Briatico Station is just an 8-minute walk from the apartment, with connections to and from the main stations of Lamezia Terme Centrale and Vibo-Pizzo. The station also connects to the entire Costa degli Dei, allowing you to reach various beach resorts in just a few minutes: Zambrone, home to the stunning Paradiso del Sub; Parghelia, where the famous Michelino Beach is located; Tropea, with the Sanctuary of Santa Maria dell’Isola; Vibo Marina; Pizzo Calabro; Ricadi; Capo Vaticano; and the beautiful town of Grotticelle.
