Enjoy this remodeled and completely private charming guest home with a modern comforts with fun, retro features. The Palo Verde Hideaway has its own private gated entrance, private back patio with sitting area and separate bedroom with comfy queen size bed with closet for additional storage, smart TV and door to private patio. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and the open kitchen/living space features new wood flooring, a full, well-stocked kitchen for cooking all your meals, dining area with seating for four, a large 70" flat screen smart tv equipped with Disney+, Netflix, YouTube live TV and other streaming channels. There is room for an air mattress so just let us know if you might need that for your stay and we will be sure it is there for you. Should you need to get a little work done during your stay? We have a dedicated office area and high-speed WiFi internet.
Located in an established and coveted Sun View Estates neighborhood with tree-lined streets and large homes, you'll ease into peaceful desert living. There are two parking spots directly in front of the unit as well as plenty of street parking, and a short distance to great restaurants, coffee shops, golf courses, bike paths, hiking, and the light rail that can take you to Sky Harbor Airport, downtown Phoenix, and Tempe. Only a 22-minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale. Perfect for a couples' getaway or someone working in the area for a while.
Should you need more space for your group, there is also a separate 2750 sq ft house on the property that can be rented--featuring a gorgeous, newly remodeled kitchen with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, dining area and eat-at island and sleeps 10+. Note, these have completely separate entrances and parking, and the backyard is not shared unless both are rented by the same party.

We loved the location (close to our family) and enjoyed our short stay. The hosts were very helpful and communicated very well. It was the perfect size for the 2 of us and was nicely and comfortably decorated. One note: I would have loved a full length mirror and some stepping stones or something outside the front door to allow us to enter and exit without stepping in a water puddle when the flood irrigation runs. Other than that it was perfect! Thank you for such a nice comfortable place to stay.

The guesthouse was comfortable and private with its own parking space and patio which was enjoyable. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and very responsive. The only small issue is it is a half a block from a busy intersection so street noise is common and sometimes loud even in the middle of the night so if you are a light sleeper recommend bringing a travel white noise machine.

10/10 StayFantastic location — close to great restaurants, banks, EV chargers, Walmart, downtown Phoenix, casinos, and murals. Everything we wanted to do was nearby.The place was clean and well set up. The queen air mattress was very easy to use—just turn it on and it inflates and shuts off automatically. With the chill gel cover and sheet on top, it was surprisingly nice. Easy stay overall and we’d definitely book again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the guesthouse. He thoroughly enjoyed the leather recliner and playing records on the turntable. I grew up in the neighborhood, so it was nice to be near family, but have a place to retreat to. The open kitchen, eating space, and living room combo was spacious and well-appointed, and the separate bedroom and bathroom spaces were clean and comfortable. We didn't bring pets, but are always thankful the option is offered!
