Upscale, like new home features a large chef’s kitchen with oversized refrigerator/freezer, screened back porch with collapsible doors from the living room, impressively relaxing backyard, and proximity to the beach make it perfect for families, couples, and golfers! The house was fantastic! The elevator made getting luggage in and out super easy; pool was relaxing (and cleaned twice during our week stay), loved area, short walk to beach; and we really enjoyed the screened-in porch for our quiet coffee mornings and several meals. We had a small issue that came up but was amended before we even asked. Excellent Hosts Family trip marked the loss of our parents but we were able to celebrate their lives, a birthday and our 30th anniversary in such a memorable way! Thank you!!

This beach house was incredible. Upon arriving, everything met our expectations. Fully equipped kitchen. Everything you need and then more to take to the beach. Beautiful pool. Very serene location and 5 minute walk to the beach- which was a bonus! Owners were great and super easy and responsive to work with. Will definitely be staying here again :)

72 Folly Field exceeded our expectations!! The home is beautiful and comfortable. The primary bathroom was amazing. We ate all of our meals on the porch. The outdoor pool and lounging areas were relaxing. Communication with Tim and Melissa was easy - they’re very attentive. We would recommend this home to anyone visiting HHI. We have been coming to the island for 32 years and this is the best place we have stayed. We hope to return soon.
