Host was very responsive. Property just as advertised. Remodeled and nice. Details down to having a bait freezer was a plus! We used the membership at the cabana club and that was a big plus to the family! Great stay!

We stayed the week for Easter. The house was nice. Liked the location as we traveled up and down the keys for the week.

super

We enjoyed our stay overall, but there were a few issues worth noting. We had difficulty completing the required documents for Key Colony, and it took multiple requests to the renter before this was resolved. The property itself is nice; however, the furniture in the den is not very comfortable. Also, the listing description and photos do not make it clear that you have to walk through one bedroom to access the other, which could be important for some guests.Upon arrival, we found a trash bag left on the front chair. The next morning, we discovered the coffee maker was broken, although it was replaced later that day.The pool was nice, but the pool man let us know the heater and filter had tripped and were not working.Additionally, while not stated in the listing description, other reviews mention access to the Cabana Club, and there are even photos suggesting this amenity. However, it is not actually included or available.
